A most welcome and wet oasis in the midst of an otherwise barren, dry and chicken-fried East Texas culinary desert.

Hesitant to share cause great reviews often prove detrimental as the subsequent onslaught of hordes of hungry foodies can decimate the balance of value/service/atmosphere/taste.
But share we must. The BEST creme brûlée, an outstanding handcrafted pizza, dark n rich espresso and a couple of happy liquid lagniappes for $25. The service was excellent even tho we wandered in reservation-less and were seated at the bar (which is just funny in this a dry county). Atmosphere reminiscent of any fine Napa Valley bistro out in the middle of nothing-much-to-brag-about-NE Texas. Winnsboro has some interesting diversions; put this on your MUST VISIT list.

You just don't expect to find such service, fine food, atmosphere, and excellence in "Small-town USA!" The presentation is meticulously designed, with extraordinary attention to the smallest details...Sauces made from scratch, great Mediterranean flair to the menu items, and the complimentary wine is figured into the cost of the entrees. Don't miss the opportunity to experience this wonderful, family-owned & run restaurant!!

Great wine, great food, great atmosphere and great people. What more can i say. I was amazed at finding this restaurant in such a small town. You would expect to find a place like this in Dallas or Houston. However it was a wonderful small town experience for me.

Really love Cibo Vino. Have been there many times and never disappointed. Food is consistently excellent with much care taken in presentation. Atmosphere is great. It's so nice to have another family owned and operated restaurant in our town.
