“Overall great experience-”
Reviewed September 19, 2010

Got there early as on Sat night alot of people tend to eat out and gets loud at any restaurant you go to in this town-Seems everyone likes attention when on vacation-

My waitress was quick and efficient-Food was wonderful-Really liked the mushroom and artichoke appetizer served w/small warm rolls- Enough for a meal-Tomato soup yummy-Salad was crisp and fresh-Perfecto!

“Best choice on the square”
Reviewed August 13, 2010

I have only eaten here once, but it was recommended to me by friends who dine there every summer when they visit Wimberley. My experience certainly matched with their description. The staff was pleasant and attentive (let us in even though we arrived right at closing time). The food was surprisingly good and not expensive. There were four of us and we all liked what we ordered.

“Excellent pizza!”
Reviewed July 2, 2010

We arrived a Marco's at closing time but they let us in anyway, which was a good thing because we had four hungry kiddos!

We had the pizza and salad. It was excellent. The crust was hand-tossed and perfect! If you get a salad, I highly recommend the homemade creamy Italian dressing made by Marco himself.

Great food. Great service! Highly recommend.

“No so good - sadly”
Reviewed March 21, 2010

It is a giveaway. Coffee with vanilla instant milk stuff. When asked for half and half in those little disposables, there was none, but the helpful staff did bring milk, but in a bowl! Hey, I only asked for a coffee and half and half as you get in most places. Never said word. Truth, did not frown or make a fuss, just smiled. Heck everyone has a bad day you know. Oil and herbs to dip some bread in on the table. Yep, but Canola Oil and bottled garlic? It’s just not going to fly.

It is dead easy to buy the Ravioli from Costco, add Costco tomato sauce and little broccoli to concoct a $10.00 dish. The trick is to create your own. It is now called plating. To make it worse, I got Cheese Ravioli and not the Beef as ordered. This guy does not make his own and has no idea as to plating. Then he charges way more than the going rate in the Hill Country for the food. Suzy had a chicken Sandwich. No good at all. She said it is possitivley the worst she has had anywhere in the world. Was there a bright spot or two? Yes, the service was friendly and decor passable.
