We wanted to get away from the city and have some peace and quiet. This was a great place for that. It's the last property on the road. It's tucked in the woods just right that you don't see any neighbors. Stan, the owner, has anything you may need for the first night i.e.: kitchen stuff- pots, pans, coffee, seasonings, paper towels, bathroom stuff- toilet paper, towels, soap, and a nice Tv, and ac/heat. There are restaurants, wineries, breweries, and a store within 20 min. Wifi and good cell service is provided. Hot tub is wonderful. We sat on the back patio and read in the morning and sipped on our coffee ☕️ which was really peaceful. We actually met Stan when he was at the other home on the property- where you could also rent out if you need more space because this is only a two person rental. Dogs are allowed on the property also.
Great place check it out. Stan gives you his personal number in case you need anything with check in. We will be back.
Thanks Stan,
The retired Army couple
My girlfriend and I spent a weekend at this property, and have nothing but praise for our experience. First, when we met Stan (owner) he gave us his personal phone number, in case we had any issues, which we didn't. The guest house was perfect size for my girlfriend, myself and our 3 year old golden retriever. There was plenty land to go explore and tire out the pup. Although it is a short drive from many Hill Country restaurants, the kitchen provided everything we needed to just stay in and make all of our meals. The hot tub provided a great place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. We loved our stay, and intend to make a trip back here ASAP.
