Owners have done a fine job replicating their Progresso MX restaurant in a safer place. Arturo's is on our short list of best Valley restaurants. We like the food (nachos, pico de gallo, and variety of enchiladas and tacos), margaritas, service, and live music on Thursday and Friday. Atmosphere in an old house is OK, but we understand the owners are seeking a larger, more convenient place near Hwy 83. Prices are a tad high for Tex-Mex, but worth it.
