“Fine collection of guns”

Very easy to find on the East side of I35 at the North end of the city. This place charts to humble beginings right up to the present day. It is laid out in a very logical manner. The stories are fascinating and add credence to the many myths attached to the TRs. Nice little gift shop with some typical TR memorabilia, could do with a little coffee shop as well to enable a refreshment break during the visit. Allow at least half a day and if like me you want to take everything in a whole day. I had to go back a second time and still found new information. Some good interactive exhibits for the tactile and kids. Worth every penny if you are interested in Texas and or law enforcement.

“Great rainy day tour”

Very interesting to the guys who love guns. For those who don't do the scavenger hunt to keep your interest throughout while they read every word. Great value. Very nice staff.

This museum was very nice and looks like their adding on too. Lots of historic guns and tributes to former Texas Rangers.

“Surprising!”

Extensive collection of TX Ranger history & memorabilia. A gem of a museum for a reasonable admission fee ($7.00?). Allow at least an hour for your visit.
