“Worth A Visit”

Not too bad. They have a lot to see and if you have kids, they have a bird feeding attraction where they can hand feed them. Super!

“Nice place to visit”

Nice zoo in Tyler. It had enough things to look at for a morning, but not a whole day trip. That was perfect for us. The kids enjoyed seeing the long horn cattle and feeding the birds.

“Wonderful attraction!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 14, 2013

This is a wonderful zoo. The trails are nicely laid out and beautifully landscaped. The habitats were well done and liked how they flowed together. For example, the elephants and giraffes were next to each other while the antelopes and gazelles were frolicking in the back of the open savanna. It made it seem they were all together in one habitat even though they were in separate areas. Even in one of the fish habitats you could still view the animals on exhibit behind tanks through the windows behind the aquarium. We were also impressed with the variety of animals including a white tiger that you don't see in some major zoos. It made for a very nice afternoon!

“Caldwell Zoo”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 13, 2013

This is a wonderful zoo. They are very interested in conservation. The keepers are wonderful. Brought out some birds and reptiles to show us-no touching, of course. It may be the cleanest zoo I have ever visited. Small and easy to manage in a couple of hours. Highly recommended.
