Ate lunch at Wasabi Asian bistro Tyler TX today and found food to be very good. Prices a little above average but worth the money. Service was also very good. Located on street behind Best Buy store just southwest of Soc. Securiy office.

Been to Wasabi a few times mostly for lunch. Food is still good but the floors are dirty.. they need a good scrubing and restrooms was dirty..They still don't filter their water...All upscale restaurants need to have filtered water!

We apologize for the restroom not being up to par and will address the issues with the appropriate staff members. Our floors are on a cleaning schedule maintained by PRO-CLEAN services and will take corrective actions to solving this issue. First time we ate here, we were so pleased to have found a sushi place in Tyler. That time, the food was good (overpriced), but the service was slow and so-so. The next 2 times, the service was WORSE and the food was NOT GOOD. It was a long time before the food arrived, and the last time there, it was for my mom's birthday and there were 5 of us--it was embarrassing and the server was clueless. He seemed to be totally uninterested in the customers, and the idea that he was paid to give SERVICE was obviously a foreign concept to him. Forget a tip, buddy! I WISH the management would take note of the negative reviews and fire some people and get a reliable cook-and wait-staff. Having been owner and chef in my own restaurant, I know that without good kitchen management, there IS no restaurant, at least not for long, so Wasabi will be a faint and distant memory very soon if things don't change---Tyler needs a good sushi restaurant, certainly, so hopefully, Wasabi will wake up and become one before it's too late.

We understanding how frustrating it is to be let down not only once, but continuously.

Over the past few months we have been improving our staff by providing opportunities to polish and refine their skills. Training is crucial and knowledge is power.

Our driving force is our staff and our guests are our priority. We are a team and work together as a unit. This mentality helps us work together and provides an efficient and effective method to quickly address issues.

We apologize for the bad experience and want you to know you are a VALUED guest. We are disappointed we did not meet your expectations. If you are not walking away feeling like your visit to Wasabi was more than what you expected we have failed.

Your constructive criticism is not only appreciated, but necessary! We always have room for improvement. Our guests are the foundation of our business!

The food was great, and the service was good too. I took my wife and MIL here for my wife's birthday. It did not disappoint. The only thing is the restaurant's acoustics are very loud. We had to talk loud to hear each other.

Ok, people!!! Tyler, TX has one of the best Asian Restaurants in the state! I live in the huge city of Dallas and I love Wasabi more than any Asian restaurant in Dallas! The service is spot on, impeccable! Everyone is friendly, professional and accommodating! The food is to die for! They have the yummiest, most unusual sushi combos! The sauces are the best around too! Jesus, the manager, is the warmest kindest man ever! He makes you feel so special and at home in his restaurant! Please run, don't walk to this fabulous restaurant in Tyler, TX!
