Was not what I was expecting. Seems a collection of an individual big game hunter of years passed. Juvenile but clean.

I took my nieces and nephews and my own daughter here when they were small. They are all grown now but we still like to go back for the nostalgia. It is unique, a learning experience, great place to play and they loved the gift shop!!

it's not very often that you find activities for children or even families that is free. It's a little small but good for a free value and a little extra time for your children to burn off a little energy. Great time. The little general store was nice!

We visited for a birthday party. There are plenty of picnic tables and benches in the shady areas for birthday parties or picnics. Great playground equipment for both toddler age and older. There is an old fire truck rail road caboose and red tractor for the kids to climb on. We didn't visit the museum itself, but we did use the restrooms and it was very clean.

The entrance to the actual museum and park is on highway 249. The address listed above is for a Brookshires grocery distribution facility. The museum and park entrance is just south of the WSW Loop 323 roadway.

A wonderful playground for little ones, complete with a big ole firetruck. Big wildlife museum, and wonderful country store where kids of all ages can buy all types of old fashioned candy and gifts.
