If you're looking for an extended stay property and get value for your dollar, the Staybridge is it. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful --- from the front desk (Mari, Stephanie and Pam) to the Breakfast server (Manuela) to the hotel management (Ryan and CK). They are all committed to making your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed in a King room suite, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Suites all come with a full-size kitchen, complete with full-size (not mini) dishwasher, stovetop, fridge and microwave. The kitchen has everything you'll need if you decide to cook. Wireless internet was fast and very easy to connect to. They offer free laundry facilities (new washers and dryers, no coins needed) Location is off the busy Tyler shopping, eatery and entertainment area so you'll have quiet at the same time about 5-10 mins from where all the action is. Housekeeping service could stand an improvement. Often, the housekeeping staff forget to replace as many towels as they took out. One day, they forgot to re-stock us with bath tissue and kleenex. We had to go to the front desk to get fresh supplies. Hotel is pet-friendly, but it would be preferable if pets were restricted to the ground floor rooms. If you're looking for great value for top-notch accommodations, the Staybridge is it.

Room Tip: stay on upper floors away from meeting room area on ground floor.

We had an unexpected death of a friend of our family occur and needed a place to stay over night after the funeral. I live 5 hours away from Tyler, TX and had driven with my wife, mother and 3 chihuahuas. A pet friendly hotel was a must since we had no where to leave them at the time. I had checked the internet and chose Staybridge because it was new and also pet friendly. We had a 2 room suite that exceeded our expectations in evey way. Comfortable beds, living area and kitchen. The entire staff and management were friendly and we would like to say thanks to each and every one of them. Great breakfast buffet the next morning. We will definitely look for Staybridge Suites the next time we travel not just to Tyler but anywhere.

Room Tip: They are all great from what I can tell!

The stay was great! The customer service was excellent. They ensured that I was well taken care of. The single room I stayed in was very clean and large with modern furniture. The room included a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, and dishes! I was very pleased with all the amenities available to guests. The lounge area and computer room were very well taken care of. I would stay here again, if given another chance.

If you're looking for a spacious, comfortable and convenient place to stay in Tyler, look no further. We booked this hotel after a lot of searching for a place that would accommodate our family of five plus my mother. We were delighted to find that the Staybridge Tyler had a 2-bedroom suite that easily fit us all. One bedroom had a king-size bed, the other had 2 full-size beds, and there was a queen-size sofabed in the living room. In addition, there was a kitchenette that was very well stocked (and would be fantastic for longer stays).

The hotel also served a complete complimentary breakfast buffet, which was very well stocked and fresh. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool, and we had a nice time relaxing outdoors in the garden (complete with an outdoor fireplace, 2 grills, and plenty of seating).
The icing on the cake was a 2pm checkout, which was ours for the asking as members of the Priority Club (free to join).

The hotel was very tastefully decorated and very new (I think it opened in February 2011). The beds were very comfortable, and we heard virtually no noise from other rooms. It is conveniently located close to the university, but also only 10 minutes from downtown. We would definitely stay here again, given the opportunity.

Room Tip: They offer AAA rates and early booking discounts.

I stayed at the Tyler Staybridge Suites for 3 nights in April 2011. This a really outstanding location. The rooms are very comfortable (I stayed in a queen suite), little noise, comfortable bed, and consistent temperature. The breakfast buffet was great with good basic selection of hot and cold items. Several nights per week, the hotel has drinks/snacks in the early evening. The fitness center is a little meager, but clean. I really did not use the kitchen setup in the room, but it has a full size fridge, cook top, microwave and plenty of kitchenware. Very enjoyable stay.
