We drove up from the Rio Grande Valley for a three day weekend. The campsite (112) with water and electric was generously spaced about 100' from our nearest neighbor. The restrooms were very clean despite it being a busy weekend. Plenty of people camping, yet it was quiet and peaceful after 10:00 pm. I liked seeing everyone from cabana renters to tent campers to Class A parkers with 50’' tvs. I saw a lot of boats, the fishing was good to fair. Don't forget anything, the nearest full service grocery store is an hour away.
We preferred the back loop to the more crowded center section.
