Recently saw Keith Urban and it was amazing!!! One hour before the event, it poured rain but that didn't stop us, we came prepared with blue tarp, blankets, towels and raincoats! We entered one of the side gates, less traffic. Our bags were checked and we had no problem bringing in all our "stuff". We planted ourselves smack dab on the middle of the hill and yup, the sun came out! The hill was wet because of the rain but we put down the tarp and everything was perfect! We rented four chairs at $6 each, the kids didn't get any! My only complaint with the chair rental was that the chairs were soaked because of the rain. If they are going to charge $6 a chair, they should at least give us dry chairs. An awning should be put up over the chair rental area. Luckily, we brought towels and raincoats to put on the chairs so that we didn't soak our pants. I like the hill for this type of concert because you can stand, dance and you don't feel on top of people. Keith actually made his way off the stage, and came right up to all of us on the hill and played two songs on a smaller stage. The crowd went crazy! We brought in small snacks in a clear 1 gallon zip lock bag as well as empty water bottles and had no problems. If it rains before a concert, definitely bring a tarp because it gets muddy on the hill. The crowd was great and everyone was respectful of each other! A great time, can't wait to do it again!

Just recently saw the Backstreet Boys! Can't say enough how good they were! Especially in this Texas heat!
However I can't believe how much money they were charging for drinks, $7.50 for a 1 liter bottler of water! $ 4.50 for a small bottle, $4.50 for a small and I do mean small Pepsi! $11.00 for a Beer!
Walt Disney World charges $3.50 for a half a liter bottle of water, same for soft drinks! Talk about taking advantage of people! Everything else there is fine! Just don't come thirsty!

Attended the America's Most Wanted Fest on August 18th, easy parking and nice venue! The seats are comfortable, plentiful security and many staff (no long lines)

Even if you have lawn seats, you won't be disappointed with the view. The Pavilion is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy a live performance for a reasonable price. However, beware of their concession prices - eat before you come. Beers are like $11. A portion of these proceeds do go back into the community, so if you have to spend it, at least your money is going somewhere. AND if you're really on a budget (or just don't have tickets), you can bring a picnic and sit out by the entrance that backs up to the Waterway. You can hear the music and see one of the screens. Not as great as being inside, but an awesome alternative.

We love going to the pavilion for concerts. We usually have dinner nearby at the Gooses Acres Pub and walk to the concert. We usually get the cheapest covered seats, but the music is great and the views of the band are excellent. Park in the Woodlands Mall parking lot for free and quick exit to wherever you are going. Our favorite concert was Kiss.
