I'm extremely dissatisfied with the General Manager, Alex Cerda. He checked me in with a rude attitude. When I arrived at my suite, there was some dry cleaning for another guest. I did not receive cookies or bottled water for being a Hilton Honors member. There were a series of flaws in my stay. I have a corporate rate with them and absolutely hate how much turnover is in that hotel.
