Great food you can have them prepare for you. Just do not go overboard on the spice selections. I had the seafood choices and some tofu for my protein; mixed it with shallots, celery, carrots and some ginger seasoning. I skipped the sauces as they tend to have more sweetness for my taste. I had them serve my stir-fry over salad greens. Yum. My other family members did the beef and chicken combos. This is a wonderful spot for family dinners as everyone can select what they want and leave the rest.
