I have eaten at many Chili's locations over the past 20+ years. Usually the food is reliably ample sized and cooked as described on the menu. However, this location seems to be hit or miss. In person, the past 3 experiences were much as described by others. Slow seating, staff confusion, and platters that never seem to come the same way each time. For the most part - ok for a quick burger bite. Our most recent visit was take-out 2 for $20. The Crispy Onion string and Jalapeno stack was not crispy and was so salty - it was like pouring the shaker right on to your tongue. The Half Rack of Ribs were good but the Southwest Mac N Cheese (for $1 more) tasted like Velveeta Queso. (It was also a tiny meal that does not fill the average guy - nothing else came with it). The 6oz Classic Sirloin was tender and medium rare as ordered, but it tasted like they dumped the other half of the salt shaker on it. Even tried to wipe it off - still, all you could taste was the salt! The mashed potatoes were grayish-brown as was the cream pepper gravy. Sorry, but they didn't taste like real potatoes. The broccoli was perfect. It was a let down because Chili's used to be reliable. This location needs some managerial attention.
