Went for lunch with a friend who also likes Indian food and had eaten here on a previous visit to area. She recommended it due to choice at buffet which was very wide. Cold dishes included green salad and channa chat, which had a nice sharp flavor. A variety of sauces offered; I chose raita and particularly liked Sitar's version. We each selected about six dishes from the selection including rogan josh (lamb), chicken tandoor, dry spiced vegetable blend, lentil dal, sautéed cabbage curry, diced potato. All were enjoyable and the spice blends nicely varied with flavors and heat. Two rice dishes offered: basmati pilau and saffron. Warm naan brought fresh to table. Only disappointments were dry tandoor chicken (admittedly hard to keep at a buffet) and the chai tea blend was not to our personal taste. But good value overall, pleasant and efficient service. Definitely worth a try!
