We went here as a family for lunch. I had been to this location several years and basically was happy with my experience but this time was quite different. We were there at 12:10 on a Wednesday. First, the person at the counter barely looked up when we came in. He was efficient but not very friendly. The buffet looked like it might have been 3:00 in the afternoon. There were no bread sticks, 2 pieces of pizza, 1 baked potato, and a few broken taco shells. The salad bar was sufficiently stocked. This is a big area for people who work to go to lunch and they are limited on time. Given that we were there right at noon you would think they would have a better plan to service patrons. We also had a coupon on our phone for drinks and they wouldn't honor it and said it was entered incorrectly in that it was for the first week in August and not the month of August. Really, correctness is their responsibility not ours, so for $5 they lost us as a customer. There are too many good places to eat in this area. Customer Service matters.
