We took the 10:30 tour and Dolphin Watch, and will do it again next visit. We did see dolphins but they were being a little shy and not coming too close to the boat. The eco part of the tour was great. We had so much fun holding the sea life. Halibut, Perch, hermit crabs, butterfly rays, there was even a blue crab in the net (we didn't hold that one but it was held and showed by a crew member), starfish and more. My whole family had fun and it was just long enough to not be to long. The crew was all very friendly and helpful and the captain was awesome as well. It was also the cheapest, that I found, for both the dolphin and eco tour at once.

Went on the wave runner tour. was able to see dolphins up close and personal! also loved the fact that the staff took us to a place where we could just mess around on the wave runners for a little bit instead of just heading straight back to the dock when we were done. We also went bay fishing with the same staff members. Had a blast! and we were able to catch a ton of fish! Staff was very helpful with everything and very laid back yet safety conscious.

Going in I thought this would be awesome but a series of events has caused my experience to be a negative one.

We were supposed to go snorkeling at 1pm for three hours and then parasailing at 5pm. They called that morning telling us the snorkeling trip was cancelled because they had an inspection. We called the competing companies to see if we could go snorkeling with them but it was too late to make a reservation with anyone else. So basically, are whole day was shot. Luckily, we were able to trade in the snorkeling for a wave runner rental and pay the difference. After doing the wave runners, we were ready for parasailing at 5pm. At first we were told that the boat was running 15 minutes behind but by time 5:00 came it was an hour behind. We left and came back and we did not board the parasail boat until after 6:30.

The people at the front desk were very helpful and polite. My friend was able to get a good deal for the wave runners because of the trouble they caused. But because of the lateness of the parasailing we were not able to do much else because by time we were done it was dark. It was just a whole day of waiting around.

Didn't see any fish, murky water, seaweed everywhere. Did not enjoy this experience; this was our first snorkel experience and granted we were beginners but sitting on the boat and visiting with other folks who were not in the water (for same reasons) was more entertaining. One out of the three staff (including the captain) were very nice. Captain was a littel abrasive and uptight.
