Booked 6 rooms through priceline.com. Were to be "Pay When You Stay" and billed to each guest upon arrival.
3 check ins where handled correctly. 1 was billed to wrong card. 1 was registered under wrong name and billed on 2 different cards, then was charged as a no show under proper name. 1 reservation was lost because it had been registered to wrong party. I was billed for 7 rooms that were paid with other cards. Took many phone calls over several days to straighten out. Messages to manager not returned. Not even an apology. Manager did correct the billing when I finally was able to contact him.More
