Description: Your local BurgerFi isn’t some industrialized fast food giant. They were started in a gourmet kitchen, by gourmet Chefs. Not knowing fast food, the back of the house is built to be less burger joint, more five-star restaurant. When they needed a sauce, the Chefs didn’t call a food supplier. They started chopping. Mixing. Cooking. Making better choices. BurgerFi is better to people: serving only the finest natural, certified angus burgers, dogs, hand-cut fries, frozen custard, craft beer, wine and more. They’re better to the environment: each location is built to environmentally sustainable best practices and includes earth-friendly elements. And, they’re better to animals: sourcing from one of the best ranches in the country. Where cattle roam free. Breathe mountain air. Eat grass and are treated humanely. BurgerFi never waivers from this high standard. This doesn't come easy. Certainly not cheap. Truth is there are simpler ways to put a burger on a bun. But, they're not better.

This was our first time to visit a BurgerFi. Fun atmosphere, huge and delicious onion rings, fries were decent. Couple of burgers tried in our group and everyone was happy with their order. Would visit again for sure.

“Good idea but with poor service and high prices.”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

I had high hopes for this new burger joint here in SPI..My family and I decided to visit this past weekend. It looked like a fairly neat place to try. As you walk into the establishment you immediately see its eclectic side with a huge ceiling fan over the center of place with some rather cool soda dispensers, no more of the single push lever types, but a large stainless steel machine with a touch pad screen. At the counter you can see where there are countless workers seemingly working busily. The price of the burgers are on avg 6.00 and served a la cart. After ordering two cheeseburgers and large order of fries with 3 drinks our bill came out to about $25.00 and change. Not to mention that we waited about half hour or so to get our order. Many people were at the counter complaining about their delays with the orders as well.
All I can say is that for what we ordered, we could have driven over to Whataburger and gotten the same thing for a lot less money and larger burgers I must add. Oh, and we would have waited much less time as well. I figure that if this place is keep afloat it'll have to improve on its service, because cost alone will kill them quick.

“Great food, a lil' on expensive side though, but worth to try it.”

Excellent food, you get gobs of fries. One regular could feed 3-4 adults easily. Burgers are fresh and delicious! I rec at least eating there once while youre here. Atmosphere was easy going. We took our 2 small children and everything went fine.

Food was ok, but would try somewhere else next time. Onion rings were really good though. They were really large but only got 5 rings per order
