“Nice beach”

Reviewed July 7, 2013 via mobile

This is a nice beach to camp on. The water isn't clear with white sand like alot of people think but it's still nice. It's always clean. Will be back.

Drive north until just before the road ends and you can go out on the beach for $5.00. It is primitive (bring your own food & drinks) & there is No restrooms. BUT it is an awesome place to take your family. Campfires are allowed. It is clean and millions of big shells. WE LOVED IT!!! This beach adventure was the best part of our trip.

try a sunset drive at night at beach was very romantic! The waves at night and the stars and the sound of the water make for a nice time to spend with the one you love.

I liked the fact that once you purchase a beach tag and visit all the beaches in the one day span. The family beach is the nicest location and cleanest.

We entered in beach access point #4 and learned that there were over 100 car admitted at that entry point which explains why there were wall-to-wall cars on the beach.

We learned a better place to enter is at access point 5 or 6 where there were fewer cars admitted.

There's a $10 charge when you enter the beach. However, they give you a plastic bag for your personal garbage. When you exit, they will refund $5 if you return the bag with your trash (it doesn't need to be full).
