Very intimate setting with quirky games available at the bar. They only serve beer and wine, and the wine was very good for the price. They have a very quaint library sitting room in the back, will definitely visit again next time.

Went to the Cock & Bull after OTC was concluded and had a most enjoyable experience. The staff were more than juts slightly attentive and really looked after our group of 9 businessman. 7/8 meals were really enjoyed and the burger was not a good call.
I had the lamb chops and they were absolutely divine.
The Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon was heavenly.
Plenty of older folk there and added to the welcome atmosphere.
I will be back David!!

It's a nice British pub with a great decor and pretty friendly service. I've been 4 times and really enjoy the Monday night Quiz Night. I find some of the food wonderful and other dishes average at best. It's set up where you can spend a lot of money on really pricey dishes or order a burger at a reasonable price. They have a good selection of both craft beer, imports, and wine.

My favorite dishes so far have been the crab cake, the sausage roll, and the creme brûlée. Skip the curry and Stilton cauliflower soup.

We took my Son and girlfriend out for my birthday dinner....had wanted Mexican but they were closed...so decided to stop here....Had Fish and Chips and the servings were plentiful...you could share a dish,,,homemade tartar sauce was lovely....son had a chicken dish that was great...great bartender, Drinks are pricey...only beer and wine but the atmosphere is very nice.
Bartender bought out a lovely bread pudding with a candle to wish me happy birthday..that was a very nice touch...Will go again.

The pub is under new management. We are loyal sorts and continued to patronize this establishment despite the changes. We figured out pretty quickly that this was not the same place we had grown to love. A favorite local watering hole is defined not only by its food and alcohol quality, but also by an engaging atmosphere. Unfortunately, this hidden gem suffered on all counts. We've gone from loyal regulars to never going there again. If you're looking for a fun local place with good beer and wine, try Chelsea Wine Bar for a more quirky intimate time, or Nobi Public House if you want an eclectic tap selection and killer Vietnamese food.
