“Good outlet shopping”
Reviewed December 8, 2012

I liked the variety and number of outlet stores here and overall the environment and quality is higher at the Premium outlets than at those across the street (Tanger). While I have outlets close to where I live, the selection here was better, esp: Victoria's secret, Off 5th, Tory Burch, Michael Kors, Bare Escentuals, James Avery, Vera Bradley and more that are not in my local outlet mall. Parking is suboptimal and it would be nice if the complex was laid out more pedestrian-friendly, but if you're in the area it is worth a stop.

“Many shops”
Reviewed November 30, 2012

Yes!, it is as I heard about it, many brand stores with great discounts. Besides, if you dare to finish with Premium Outlet, you just cross one street and there is Tanger Outlet. You need at least 1 or 2 whole days to do the shopping. If you want to get taxes back, you need to spend $136 USD per store and you get back around $4 USD.
It takes about 40 minutes to get there from San Antonio.

“Busy, Busy, Busy!”
Reviewed November 26, 2012

This place is the place to shop when in Central Texas. I think these outlets are, by far, much better then those in Hillsboro, TX and Roundrock, TX. Almost every designer and namebrand store is represented and prices are true outlet/factory prices (not a markup, with 5 discount that fools you into thinking you are getting a deal when you really aren't).

The only issue is they are well know and are always very busy. Parking is a bit of an issue as well. Be patient and don't go to the outlets in San Marcos if you have pending plans throughout the afternoon. Take your time and shop!

“Whole Lot of Shopping”
Reviewed November 21, 2012

This is the largest outlet center my wife or I have ever seen. I took us 15 minutes just to slowly drive around and figure out where w wanted to shop. You could easily spend a whole day here if you had a lot of shopping to do.

“Top Class Stores”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

Huge amount of stores. With Tanger outlets next door there are 240 stores. Almost too many to do at one time. Not laid out in the best configuration. Some stores are behind others and hard to see. Actually had to ask customer service where a particular store was that we couldn't find. Some of these store are on the upscale side. More down to earth stores at Tanger. Go to both and shop til you drop - you will.
