This was the second time visit, the first time there was a whole soccer team in line to order and I didn't have time to wait. This visit there were 4 people in line and all the tables indoor occupied but I had plenty of time. Ordering was really slow, only one cashier who took time to explain and answer every question and concern of each customer: so take a keep breath and enjoy reading the board which shows what local farms have supplied ingredients for your order. By the time we ordered there was a table open, we waited a long time for the food but realize that it is because things are made fresh after they are ordered, not sitting around under heat lamps. Highlights are the tomato buns that are used for many items. Also loved the pablano gouda soup, the green chile white bean hummus that had great house made chips to dip. The breakfast burrito looked great at the next table. I will be back for lunch or dinner but when I have time for a relaxed meal
