“Excellent food/dirty place”
Reviewed May 12, 2014 via mobile

All the food I have eaten here is good. The burgers and fries especially. The price is good. However the place needs a good cleaning. It would be easy to slip and fall from the grease on the floor. Tables and chairs often not clean. However, I don't want to see the kitchen because the food is so good and I want to keep going.

“great food without the price”
Reviewed March 12, 2014

Good place for a old fashioned burger or even mexican food. Nothing fancy at all , just tasty. Stick with the burgers the chicken sandwich was not so great.

“Always a great experience”
Reviewed March 5, 2014

We always get teh Daily Special, which is a burger and fries and all, and can feed three hungry guys for under $25. Never had a bad experience yet in over two years.

“Do yourself a favor and stop in for real, authentic burger flavor”
Reviewed October 18, 2013

For those who can, remember how burgers tasted when you were a kid at the local cafe? Well, stop in here and be transported back in time. Made the short ride from I-35, well worth the detour.

Two double burgers with sides of onion rings and fries for me and a teenager, we both left full and happy.

Burger was excellent, onion rings perfect, fries just so so.

Looks, acts and feels just like the small family run cafes (because it is) that were ubiquitous until we were "chained" to death on every corner in every town.

Do yourself a favor and stop in for real, authentic burger flavor.

“Normally very good”
Reviewed July 28, 2013 via mobile

I've been coming here for years. Normally it's ok. Not great but very edible. Tonight had habanero burger and a double burger. Very dry meat. To much sloppy sauce. Not a lot of taste for onion rings.
