I'd been to Casa Garcia's on a couple of occasions and loved their food. Actually I'd only had the quesadillas on those two visits and decided to give them another shot and try something different. Now I know why I'm a creature of habit... I ordered three enchiladas. One beef, one chicken and one cheese so that I can get a good sample. First the order came out wrong (because my waiter didn't have his listening ears on) and then they came out crispy on the bottom. Ever had a crispy enchilada? The chicken was dried out with no seasoning, the beef was so-so and had to go almost to the middle of the cheese enchilada to get any cheese. The beans were flavorless and let's not even talk about the rice. The food was NOTHING like I'd experienced during the times before. Ugh! What a let down...and to make matters worse... I checked my account when I got home and low and behold our genius of a waiter charged my meal as well as my lunch mate's meal on my credit card when we gave him two separate credit cards. AWESOME!!!! I should have known something was up when he started walking around the restaurant with this "deer in the headlights" look on his face. IF I go back, I won't be sitting in his section and that's for sure!
