Charlotte Plummer's has been a family destination for decades. Beautifully located on Fulton Beach Rd, the restaurant offers gorgeous views of the water. Food is fresh, carefully prepared and served, and no more expensive than other seafood restaurants in the area. They get pretty busy, so arrived a little early.

Great place to eat when in the Rockport/Fulton area. Great stuffed Shrimp. Nice salad bar and very tasty tortilla soup. A definite stop every time we are in the area.

As a local, the only reason I come here is to enjoy the view. It is two stories and right on Fulton harbor, so you can watch the shrimp and oyster boats going to and fro. If only the food matched! They have some decently priced meals, but it is cheap. The fried fish platter tastes like something you can get in the freezer section of HEB... And if you ask, the fish is 'North Atlantic Redfish'.... Whatever that is it's not local. If you are willing to cough up the cash for some local fish, it will cost you. But in flavor it still really isn't worth it, for sure a typical tourist trap. Like I said, you mainly come here for the view.
Locals who want good food for the right price but lacking the view go to Captain Benny's.

All I can say is the food is really, really bad!!! It is a tourist trap so beware!! I order chicken and had to send it back because it was a bad piece of poultry. My friend ordered a hamburger and it too was bad and made her sick. When we arrived we were told they had no oil so they could not fry, this is interesting since they are a seafood restaurant.
