This is the cutest candy store - a small house with some outdoor seating where you can eat your ice cream. It takes at least 20-30 minutes to browse through the store to see all of the different kinds of candy, ice cream, homemade chocolates, and bottled sodas. They have some old-school stuff and pretty much any kind of candy you can think of, some sold from bulk containers and some packaged goods as well as chocolates in a case. We ended up just getting ice cream which was delicious and some peanut butter cups to take with us which were okay but not as good as they looked (a little heavy on the chocolate and light on the peanut butter). The bottled sodas were a unique idea - they have individual bottles in refrigerated cases with tons of different flavors and you can choose one or two or create your own six-pack. My only warning is that along with the big kids there are lots of little kids really excited with all of this sugar, so be prepared :) Another tip: right across the street is the Hard Eight BBQ, where you should eat before your visit to Hey Sugar.
