Magical atmosphere...with Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory playing on the giant TV's. Cleverly done and a sweet little spot for everyone. Lots of vintage brands that will spark memories for the older generations. Sadly, prices reflect Roanoke's newfound fame. Keep a keen eye on your little people. Watched an exasperated mom trying to corral a small person. Not a good place for impulsive little ones who "look with their hands"...everything is right at their height and ripe for the picking. On the flip side, a great place to teach those children some old fashioned self control.
If Root Beer or any other flavored sodas are what you are looking for, they will definitely have it. They have chocolate covered bacon. Enough said. Great curb appeal with fun colorful seating out front and large gazebo for parties out back. One block off 377 with very limited parking. Handicap ramp is awesome, but there is no way a wheelchair would fit inside. Only thing keeping this from being and Excellent rating is the pricing and only the appearance of being handicap accessible.
