We had an early dinner on one rainy day and thought of warming up our tummy with another bowl of noodle soup. We decided to try out Sapporo Ramen & Sushi.
A couple of months ago, DH visited this restaurant with a friend but he didn't quite like the experience and the ramen.
We ordered a bowl of Chiang Pan Ramen.
And both of us thought it's pretty good. The broth is quite flavorful, the ramen is kind of al-dente, and they topped it with thin slices of pork tenderloin, fish cakes, halved-egg, cabbage, and spring onions.
The waitstaff are courteous and helpful.
We were promptly seated and served.
It's probably a hit-and-miss experience at Sapporo, but we plan on coming back to try out their other menus before drawing the final conclusion.
