We came here for a nice meal and walking up to it we were tempted to walk away; it lacks "curb appeal." But...I was really craving sushi and the reviews were good. The restaurant was busy so we had to wait for a table so if this happens to you, grab a drink from the bar THEN head upstairs (no bar up there!) Enjoy the gorgeous view and your table will be ready before you know it. We got a fantastic table at the corner of the downstairs outdoor patio with a direct view to the harbor. Our waitress Amanda was fun, knowledgeable and prompt. Sushi was AMAZING as it should be that close to the ocean. Great margaritas led to a fabulous dinner. We will
Most definitely eat here again so don't let the store front or very casual atmosphere fool you. Walk right in, have a drink and relax! And ask for Amanda--you won't be disappointed.

Pelican club is always consistently the best food on the island. It is a bit pricey, but so worth it. Sit outside for a view of the Harbor it is very nice.

We have eaten several times at the Pelican Club. It is always very good, and it's hard to decide what to order.

My husband and I have enjoyed many dinners here over the last the last 8 years. We repeatedly have been treated horribly. Our pregnant daughter and her pregnant friends were delayed seating. Tonight our family again waited for over am hour on a Thursday night. I don't care how good the food is and how wonderful the wait staff is , the owner has made this establishment unbearable! Tucked away between more visible establishments and somewhat suffering from an identity crisis relating to a name change, it was a pleasant surprise to find fine dining in laid back sleepy Port A. Don't let the wharf like charm fool you - the 'adult' dining area upstairs (sorry kids) features linen table cloths, great views and attentive service. Perfect for a special treat or celebration meal, we even saw a bottle of Dom P awaiting to help celebrate something special. From the extensive Sushi menu, fresh oysters, bountiful seafood selections to a perfectly cooked steak, the menu will tempt you as it did me!
