We tried Virginia's because we wanted to eat at a place on the water. Our table didn't have much of a water view and the food was overpriced and mediocre.
Crab cakes were disappointing, mushy, not much flavor. Fried coconut shrimp were alrght, but the sides were pretty bland. Bill came to $150 for the six of us, the most expensive meal we had on the island.
La Playa and the Station St place across from La Playa were both much better seafood and somewhat less expensive. they aren't on the water, but my experience in Port A has been that most of the places on the water tend to coast on the fact that people will eat there for the view, so they don't have to put much effort into serving good or inventive food.
