We were surprised that Roosevelt's dining room was so small ... Just 8 tables ... But it was a cozy setting with real linen and candles on the tables. The chefs worked with efficiency and a sense of purpose in an open kitchen that was absolutely spotless. The service and food were both top notch. I had a wedge salad and the crab cake appetizer for dinner. There was plenty of food to fill me up. The crab cakes had lots of crab and were very flavorful with a little Texas pepper zest. My wife had the quail entree and she was very pleased with her choice. Our friends enjoyed a piece of key lime pie for dessert that they described as one of the best they have had.
