“Great Breakfast”
Reviewed June 22, 2013

Avery's didnt look like much from the outside, but the food inside is great. Crystal offered us great service, and was a smiley, friendly server. We had a quick breakfast there before heading out, and were pleasantly surprised. Portion sizes were good, and full of flavor. Cinnamon rolls were quite large, although a little short on frosting.

I would highly recommend Avery's.

“Great for breakfast”

Clean, good prices, friendly staff, and good breakfast food. Be sure and take a picture of the ever growing sandcastle out in front.

“Nice breakfast in Port Aransas”
Reviewed May 31, 2013

We had a nice and hearty American breakfast before leaving for San Antonio.
Just eggs, bacon, pancakes and coffee in a typical American restaurant.
Good food and friendly service.

“Standard fare”
Reviewed May 30, 2013

We ate here and the food was good, not exceptional. The menu had a lot of fried food, fish and shrimp. I had the grilled fish poorboy and onion rings. Everyone with us liked their food, but agreed that it was just okay, nothing special

“Basic, but good”
Reviewed May 29, 2013

We had breakfast, which consisted of eggs and bacon, pancakes, and an omelette. It was nothing to write home about, but it was good and about the same price for a breakfast in Dallas.
