We booked this on the reviews alone and on short notice; bad choice. When I opened the office door, I thought I opened the door to a hoader's bedroom! The facility is a dump on the outside and in some stage of renovation on almost everything visible. It looks like they've started many projects such as siding replacement, paint, etc but got halfway done and quit. All of this is visible from your balcony, which is also littered with buckets that catch the water from the A/C window units and populated with guest smoking; sometimes right outside our door. Parking is limited and on the weekends, almost impossible to find a space. The inside looks nice and almost new however a few items were noticed: lamp was rusty, mattresses were lopsided and too firm, bathroom was tiny, water pressure was low and shower head was crusted, fridge didn't cool, one of the comforters had a few blood stains, the towels were very low budget and small and the sheets had an odor. No one mentioned in any review that they do NOT have maid service that cleans the room, makes the bed and supplies new towels every day and empty's the trash! We had to ask for towels and request clean sheets every day, throw the dirty linens and trash on the balcony. Nero is a very nice guy and will do anything for you, BUT he is the only person on hand to help. The pool was okay but no shower or rinse station other than a garden hose and the water was somewhat green, shallow and warm. The "Hot Tub" is not heated.
I'm a pretty forgiving guy and have stayed at much worse, but I don't get all the positive reviews and lack of information on this place. Do your research on this before booking!
