“Good Food and antiques!”

Several antique and collectible shops as well as a variety of good eateries! Especially liked Mexican at Urban Rio and great Pizza at Urban Pizza.

“Can't keep away”
Reviewed December 1, 2012

Lived here all my life. This really is a piece of history and the shops and restaurants are simply amazing. We all have our favorites. Mine is Jorg's for dinner and Posh Nosh for some afternoon gelato!

“Worth exploring.”
Reviewed September 1, 2012

Historic Downtown Plano is a gem and has a nice variety of restaurants, pubs and boutiques and provides an escape from the big box sprawl of the suburbs. Haggard Park provides a scenic respite for strolling and picnicking and the Trolley Museum provides a snapshot into Plano's history. The annual Dickens Christmas Festival is a great tradition, with choirs, dancers, pickers, and of course, plenty of food. Definitely worth checking out.

“Funky”
Reviewed August 30, 2012

Wonderful shops and restaurants surround the historic downtown section of Plano. It's a great place to grab some cute, unique gifts and fill your tummy if you get hungry while shopping. Ample parking make this downtown area a "must see".

“Just a good ole favorite”
Reviewed August 29, 2012

Even though the Queen of Hearts is gone (there is a tear in my eye), downtown Plano is still a fun place to be. Lots of good shops and fun places to eat. If you are a man, you need to get your hair cut at the barber shop. They've been there forever and are some great entertainment, not to mention some good grooming.
