“Best Greek food in the Dallas area”

If you are looking for excellent cooked Greek food and always fresh, look no further than Ziziki's. My favorites here are any appetizer on the menu, espcially the Tzatziki, and any of the souvlaki's. I had salmon souvlaki last night and lamb souvlaki the last time I was here, and both were done to perfection. Service here is also outstanding.

“Great!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 16, 2012

We stopped in here after finding this place online and decided to take a chance. We were glad we did!
The food was SO good. We had the pita bread covered in cheese with tzatziki for an appetizer (so good! although hubby would've liked it also without so much cheese, cause the pita bread by itself was delicious) and we each had the lamb souvlaki. It was HUGE and also delicious. The lamb was in chunks, which was different from what we were expecting (we expected shaved meat cause that's all we've had on souvlakis before) but it was good nonetheless.
The environment was quiet and peaceful. They have a large selection of wines and the service was good as well.

“Best hummus ever”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 8, 2012

With just two visits completed, we have concluded that Ziziki's is on our go-to list. The hummus and artichoke appetizer is the best we have had. Not only was the dip excellent, the pita bread was plentiful and great by itself.
We had the gyro which was large and in charge! The lamb souvlaki was done perfectly with a great grilled flavor, as was the excellent lamb burger served on pita.
The trip home included a discussion on how they prepared the potato wedges... Very nicely seasoned and crispy on the outside and creamy soft inside. Wow, we're they great.
The decor is modern and pleasant. We love how you can see the kitchen and the plates coming up.
Over all we love the freshness, the flavor and absolutely love the hummus.

“Awesome food and service!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 20, 2012

We eat here probably once a week and the service is always spot on. The food is great and they are totally willing to accommodate my various amendments to the menu for dietary reasons. They have a really nice patio for when the weather is nice and the inside has a casual homey feel. They have a nice wine list too!

“Nice atmosphere/GREAT food/GREAT service!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2012

This place is great for lunch, brunch and dinner. The salads are huge so you better be hungry or you can split a salad with company ($3 to split and still a large portion for each). I've had the salmon salad, greek salad, lamb salad and ALL are delicious. Artichoke hummus and fresh, warm pita with a hint of garlic excellent also. The Pastichio, Mousaka, Souvlaki, and Greek Cheeseburger VERY good and, again, plenty of food to split. Their Sunday Brunch (11-3) is so fresh and with an excellent variety of Ziziki Bread, Spanankopita, Dolmades, Mediterranean & Greek Salad, Mixed Vegetable Pasta Salad, Mediterranean Shrimp, Artichoke Dip & Pita, Smoked Salmon & Bagels with Herbed Cream Cheese, Scrambled Eggs with Feta & Fresh Basil, Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes, Rigatoni with Roasted Bell Pepper Sauce, Roasted Leg of Lamb, Grecian Chicken, Drunken Mushrooms, Roasted New Potatoes, Fresh Seasonal Fruit, Chocolate Liquer Cake, Traditional Baklava, and bottomless mimosa's (a little on the pricey side at $21.95/person, but if you are hungry it is worth it). There is a nice patio and bar area if you want to enjoy Happy Hour (M-F, 4-6) with a good selection of mixed drinks, a nice wine list, and yummy appetizers.

Love this place and will definitely be back!
