Went with a group of friends and had a great time. These are very serious steaks, both dry and wet aged. Have been dining with Chef Killen since he had the little Bar BQ out on Hwy 288 about 28 years ago. The side dishes are the best, get several different ones and pass them around the table. Mac & Cheese and the skillet potatoes were the favorites at our table. Yes, you will pay between $25 - $60 for a steak......but WOW....these are great steaks. The service is attentive without being intrusive. Reservations are almost required.
