We went here while in Odessa for business. We arrived well after the lunch crowd and there were only about a half dozen tables occupied. Since it was not crowded you would think that the servers would be readily available to help you, but that was not the case. It seemed they were more interested in socializing with the other restaurant employees than with waiting on tables. The pizza I ordered was pretty good and the tap beer was tasty. Although there were not many patrons in the restaurant, it was very loud.

We loved our experience at Cork and Pig. We had excellent salmon and Barbqued Chicken. The sides of mashed potatoes are real potatoes and the grilled zucchini were a special treat. The service was fast and courteous. I can't wait to go back and try other things on menu!

Eaten there twice now. Very good experience both times. The prices are a little higher than average for midland/Odessa area but the portions are huge. The wood fired pizza was great as well as the filet, pork chops, and short rib I tried (sampled everyone else's). The beer selection is good as well. Love the nitro stout. The waitresses were extra friendly/attentive both times, which is not real common lately. I'm glad to see a place with some interesting and more importantly great food close to home.

Not my favorite by a long measure. Do not plan to get through this place in less than an hour and a half. Food is fair if unimaginative and expensive. $10 for a glass of below average house cab after a 30 minute wait for the bar waitress set the scene for the rest of th e experience. Our second visit was no better.

The steak was small that is all you get on your plate. For a whopping 26 bucks. The sald was good but they use goat cheese way to stong for my tast.
Just way over priced.
