My husband and I went to the Cork & Pig about a month ago and enjoyed the food a great deal!! We both had the pecan crusted trout along with grilled veggies. They were out of the asparagus that came with it but substitute it with another grilled veggie. The trout was cooked just right with white flack meat inside and a yummy crust on the outside! I had a nice Chardonnay with it, I didn't remember the wine name but it was an up grade from the house wine. The spices were not over barring on the fish & the presentation was nice. The food was great, but the restaurant was a little noisy which couldn't be helped with the large crowd there. We did how ever get a seat very quickly which I didn't think it would happen. Do be careful when going back toward the rest rooms. There's an area next to the place the waiters pour the drinks for water and tea that can get wet and slippery. I advise to go around the other longer way and avoid the area near the drink station.
