Four of us had lunch there yesterday and were blown away by the place. The place is huge, overlooks the river and is a maze of dining areas on different levels. Very quaint and rustic. Servers are very good and friendly but it took a long time to get our food. Since we were visiting with our friends and not in a hurry, it really didn't bother us. People at the next table who came in after us were served before we got our food. Our server came and apologized and got our food soon after. The manager came to our table and not only apologized, but said it was not the servers fault, it was not indicative of their level of service and comped our entire meal!! We were amazed and had not been upset at all about the delay. I don't think I have ever been treated that nicely in a restaurant.
The food was great and the onion rings were fantastic. Prices were very reasonable even though it was a very touristy area. The dance hall and bar were adjacent and featured really good country music. You have got to see this place. It is a real treat!!
