“Kids loved it!”

I took my 2 teenagers to Animal World and they really enjoyed it. They have a snake collection that easily rivals some of the bigger zoos I've been to. My son and I were both able to hold a snake. The animal farm had several critters I had never seen before. They sell bags of feed and we were able to feed the usual petting zoo type animals but also a camel which was pretty neat. They have a really nice gift shop with reasonable prices on alot of the souveniers. I do think the admission price is a little high when you also have to buy the bags of feed at $3 a piece. Nice day trip.

“Zoo trip”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 12, 2013 via mobile

It's a nice zoo overall but the smell kinda takes away from you wanting to stay inside to look at all the snakes. But there is a nice petting zoo for the kids to enjoy. It's to small of a zoo to charge 9.75 in admission because it only takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get through the whole zoo

“Worth the stop!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 10, 2013

We found this to be such an interesting place to see. There were more than just snakes - they had a lot of animals as well as alligators! They also had a petting zoo which was pretty tame. We had a great time and for the cost it's worth the stop. Enjoy!

“Pleasant Surprise”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 1, 2013

This Snake farm and zoo was a great hit with our children. They loved the vast variety of different snakes and had some surprising animals we were not expecting to see; lemurs, mountain lions, wolves, crocs etc. This zoo includes a petting zoo and it is a small zoo. Great for a 2-3 hour day trip although you could spend more or less time if you wanted. Great for the price! You pay one price for the two sections. Shows are free with your entrance. They had a little snack bar inside. If you don't like snakes (like me) you can walk through them and go straight to the zoo. A great destination for young and older kids! Fun times!

“Great variety of animals.....”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 30, 2013

I would highly recommend this for small children and elderly people. They have a wide variety of animals in a small area, but they are expanding and have many more acres of property that they will be adding on to. The animals are all happy and healthy and the staff are all very nice and knowledgable. It was clean, safe, interesting, and we will be going back!
