Very helpful staff. Breakfast situation is confusing; no menu, but made to order food. Easy parking. Dinner was good. Trip advisor needs to lessen the total characters to 100 from 200, for the review.

We stayed in New Braunfels for our trip to the Alamo Bowl. It was a very excellent stay. The hotel itself was a first rate value. Checkk-in was fast and easy. The breakfast was good and affordable. The room was spectacular and comfortable. There were many food options in immediate proximity. Very easy access to interstate 35.

The hotel appearance was nice, the bathroom sinks slow drain was a problem the morning we left. The spider web was noticed when we were leaving, not a small spider web. The bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. It was to hard and even at it's softest setting it was still the same.

Beautiful new hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was a little awkward; they ask you to sit to take your order and then have you get up and make most of it yourself. The only thing that I think they need to adjust.

Beautiful hotel and the staff service was excellent. We forgot our tablet and Jackie was very helpful in getting shipped back to us and obviously the housekeeping staff is very honest and trustworthy. The staff member that checked us in was also very welcoming.

My partner and I had been through six rooms in two hotels in two hotels trying to find somewhere to stay for a week at the last minute. We landed at this hotel because we had had a good experience there a couple of years ago. We were assigned a room on the top floor. It stank of mildew. We went back to the desk and requested another one. The same, only not quite as bad. My partner suffers from mental health issues and cannot deal well with stress. As it was not TOO bad we decided to stay. It was omnipresent all week. I shouldn't have allowed us to stay but we were at our wits end. By the end of the week, my partner was sick with a cold brought on by allergies. I leave you to draw your own conclusions. It was a pity because the rest of the amenities, especially the breakfast service, were excellent. Manager: Please go in rooms 424 and 427 and smell the mildew and then please try to address it for the sake of future guests.

Room Tip: Avoid the top floor, where we had mildew problems, and check out the room thoroughly before hauling...
