We had an unforgettable experience thanks to all the staff at Zip Nac. From the minute we walked in the door, we were welcomed with open arms. The staff provides above average customer service, and is well versed on instruction and safety when demonstrating and guiding on the zip lines. Our kids (age 6 and 10) were amazed with the night time zip lining experience, and had no trouble throughout the entire course. We were honored to be the first occupants of the newly built Zip Inn Bed and Breakfast on the property. Having stayed at several cabins in many states, this one by far ranks the best! The amenities of the cabin are unlimited, from the beautiful kitchen, the electric fireplaces, the king size tempurpedic bed, the Jacuzzi tub, and relaxing around the fire pit under the bright full moon. The Zip Nac property is a must see and experience if you’re looking to get away from the big city. We highly recommend this adventure for families of all ages, and look forward to seeing phase 2 in the future.

My sister and I had so much fun and look forward to a night run. We were so impressed with the guides and the absolute, constant attention to safety. After a brief instructional period, we zipped through the trees of East Texas. The staff was amazing. Want to do this again in the spring when all the trees are full and want to do a night zip. I put this at a 1- 2 hour visit but could take a little longer if you have a large group. There were only 2 of us so did not take as long.

Zip Nac was spectacular. It was apparent right from the start that safety is a priority. The ground school was very thorough and went a long way towards making me feel comfortable with the equipment. The double lines also provided additional comfort in the safety of the course. The course was very scenic with the fall foliage and east Texas pines. The staff is great and provided a very entertaining experience. The highlight was definitely the side by side lines at the end that allow you to race to the finish. This was my fourth time zip lining around Texas and was by far my favorite course and at $40 you can't beat the value. Highly recommended!

Took a couple of rambunctious kids to enjoy a challenge at Zip azc last weekend. The staff is great! Extremely safety-conscious with every aspect of the zip-lining experience, begining with an orientation session to explain how to control speed and what to do in the event of braking too suddenly before landing on the next platform. Every technical aspect of the course was explained in great detail, and water stations are set up along the course, as rehydration in the Texas heat is paramount. The most challenging features of the course are a 60-foot bridge and a 900-foot dual run for side-by-side racing!
Looking forward to returning to try Phase 2 in the future! This is a great actitivity for adventurers of all ages!

The owners are very nice, we had a lengthy lightning delay and they were very accommodating, kept us entertained and when we finally got to zip the lines we had a blast.
