My husband and I have stayed here several times over the past year and have found the staff to be very hospitable. The rooms have been clean and do not smell of cigarette smoke. The breakfast bar could be improved somewhat as to a variety for those who prefer healthy options. Anything that we have requested was quickly and efficently done.

I recently wrote a review about this hotel and how great it was but now I would like to let you know about our most recent experience.
As I previously stated my wife and I stay at this hotel every other weekend because of how close it is to her job.
We checked in to room 119 on Feb 8th. We didn't have any problems until the next morning when we got up for breakfast and pulled back the sheet and found a woman's gold necklace that did not belong to either of us. I looked beside the bed and found an unknown pill stuck to the carpet and also realized that there was blood (or some red substance) splattered on the wall. We had enough and went to the front desk. There was a new girl working and I told her what happened and showed her the necklace and pill. She said the manager would be there shortly and she would notify her. We went to eat breakfast then headed back to our room.
When we got ready to check out we asked the same front desk clerk if the manager had arrived and she rudely said "Oh she wont be back until next week and we dont give out refunds." We never once asked for a refund, we simply wanted to speak to the manager. This is the first time we have ever had a problem with this hotel and I am so disappointed in the way it was handled. It is now two days later and we still have not heard from the manager.
We will probably not return to this hotel and instead go to the Holiday Inn Express that is right down the road. The new girl who was working at the front desk the morning of Feb. 9th was extremely rude and handled the situation poorly. I can't believe the room was not cleaned properly.

Room Tip: Any room that is cleaned properly.

My wife and I stay at this hotel because it is right across from the hospital where my wife works every other weekend. The staff is always friendly, and remember us by name. They always try to get us into the same room and have extra linen waiting for the pull out couch for our young daughter. Room is clean and smells clean as well. Linen is always fresh and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is pretty good, could be better. Great hotel and staff!

Room Tip: The hotel is behind a gas station and infront of an apartment complex and church, so it doesnt matte...

We checked in to room 118 late in the afternoon, having been delayed by road construction on west bound I-40 in Arkansas. The front desk clerk was all smiles and tried to be helpful. Our mini-suite was across the parking lot and not too near the pool, we did have to step over two greenish, slow moving water streams from the pool area (all night and in the morning). The large-ish room was dingy, dimly lit, and had a slight musty odor, the airconditioner was not too loud. The couch was old and warn, the bed and pillows were comfortable with OK linnens, the other furniture looked to be an attempt to upgrade to BW standards. Niether of the flat screen TVs were easy to look at, but the room was free of outside noise. This mini-suite has a niche with a refridgerator, micro wave oven, and coffee maker - but no place to plug in the coffee maker, moved it to the desk. In the morning we discovered that the bathroom sink had plenty of hot water but the shower water was barely tempered. The maintenance man told us that we just did not know that the plumbing was backwards (hot on the cold side and viceversa), it was not! The small breakfast room was much like the guest room - dingy and dimly lit. The best "hot breakfast" options were the cold cereal and bannana, the coffee had a hard water taste. Skip the watered down apple juice and the "orange-colored" drink! I did interupt the dis-interested front desk clerk's make-up make over to explain the lack of hot water. She appeared to make note of it. NO APPOLOGY FOR THE COLD SHOWERS. This was a dissapointment near the end of a 10 day road trip.

Room Tip: Book a room at the La Quinta (like we did last year) or Holiday Inn Express.

This hotel was so nice and quiet!!! The rooms were awesome and had a lot of space in them. Their breakfast was sooooo great!!!! I would most certainly stay there again!!!

Room Tip: i think any room there is a good room!!!

I staryed in rm 137, ran the hot water for 10 minutes and it kept getting colder. Finally turned it to cold and it got lukewarm only. Also had to have my keys rekeyed after Breakfast. It was 30 deg. outside and we were as far from the lobby as they could put us.

Room Tip: It is not easy to drive to at night. Leaving is not by the way you came in either as you can get to...

Traveling through Texas we decided it was time to rest. We called several hotels in the area before picking.

Before arrival - Best Western was by far the most friendly & helpful (gave detailed directions straight to the hotel).

Check-in was as smooth as could be. Front desk staff was VERY helpful.

The room was a typical Best Western room & clean. Each of our rooms had a mini-fridge, coffee pot, microwave, iron & ironing board.

Free breakfast from 6-9am. Good selection.
