According to the desk clerk, the name of the company owning this Best Western contains a word for prayer in it: "Om". I say it should be renamed "Pray for HOT WATER." My family and I stayed at this hotel for three days this December 2011. When I called to complain that there was no hot water , the desk clerk said that it was because it was cold that day, and people were showering at higher temps! When I asked to speak to the Manager, she said he was vacationing in India, and she couldn't call him till THAT NIGHT! She clearly put the manager's vacation above that of a paying guest at his hotel!
Imagine my surprise when the next morning, the water was cool. Her reply to me: "Im sorry that the hotel does not have an unlimited supply of hot water!" The last morning, we got up at 5 to leave for the airport, and i assumed I would beat the "hot water rush" that way. No such luck!
The bare minimum one expects, at any price, is hot water on demand, clean linens, and helpful staff. None of these was met: the blanket had pizza sauce on it! My advice: Stay anywhere but here.More
