Have just returned from a week all inclusive at the Parque Cristobal. This is a very clean hotel, with friendly staff and good food. With 2 teenagers, we found the 2 bed bungalow to be adequate in size, and the terrace much bigger than an average size balcony - we had one that got the sun most of the day which was a real bonus. Whilst there was some entertainment, this was all over by 10pm and so more suited to young families rather than those with teenagers.

Room Tip: Ask for a bungalow that gets the afternoon sun if you can.

The reception is very welcoming check in was really quick and efficient. Outside the first thing that greets you is a fenced off football pitch. Bungalows are nice and well equipped. Pool areas are very nice and clean. Restaurant was amazing the staff went to a lot of trouble to make it look really nice. One night there was an amazing carving out of a pumpkin on valentines night they gave out red roses and the restaurant was nicely decorated. The food was great and plenty of it.
The self service drinks were excellent.

Entertainment was OK children's disco every night but Sunday. Entertainment had quite a lot of family quizzes
which were not for us.

If you want to hire a car go to the big hotel across the street. We hired a car for 3 days all in 85 euros included child seat.

All in all we had a great stay.

I can't really rate the property, since we never go to stay here. My bad experience is based on their customer service. I recommend that people who travel with small kids make their reservation to this hotel via travel agency. We are a group of 4 adults and two small kids and made a reservation via Booking.com 5 months before our holiday. Since I've had experience of double booking in the past, I contacted the hotel customer service directly twice to make sure that our reservation was OK and they definitely had it in hotel's own booking lists. Two weeks before our holiday we got an email saying that there has been double booking and we don't get these apartments. At this point there was high season in Tenerife, we couldn't cancel our flights and so we had to choose a hotel located 4 kilometres from the city. When I contacted Parque Cristobal they couldn't give me an answer why we are the ones who didn't get our rooms - it surely can't be because of late booking.

Just returned from spending 4 weeks at the Parque Cristobal. Can honestly say that we have
never stayed in a hotel where ALL staff were not only verry friendly but very efficient, nothing was
too much trouble. All additional requirements were dealt with promptly and without question.
The Bungalows themselves were nicely spacious, easily able to accommodate anyone staying
on a self-catering basis to those on All Inclusive. The whole resort was kept spotlessly clean and
tidy. The resort is mainly aimed at the Young Family market and for this it is ideal, but as Seniors
we also found it a very good place to be, convenient for beaches and restaurants etc.
The food for the first 2 weeks was extremely good, far better than would normally be expected
from a three star hotel and very nicely presented, unfortunately the latter 2 weeks the food
declined in variety and presentation but always found something that we liked and being All
Inclusive this cannot be said of some hotels that we have visited. The BBQ and other speciality
food nights were always popular with everyone. Would definitely return to this hotel at this time
of year.

Room Tip: Rooms facing the childrens pool had the sun for most of the day.

This hotel is really nice. The staff is doing all thy can to make you feel comfortable. Each of them sais "Good morning" "Hello" and so on every time you passed them.
We got a bungalow quite far from the reception, so our free wi-fi connection was poor. But we brought our devices to the lobby area where the connection was good.
