Preface to comments .Stayed 24 Jan to 8th Feb 2012
There seems to be a Sickness and Diarrhea bug on the island at present 60% of the people we met (15) had had it.With us it lasted 24 hrs.We have friends living on the main land Malaga and they have had it, so take something with you .Be prepared.
The hotel staff are great & helpful ,no trouble with sun beds,Wine recommended by waiter, good and not expensive.Pool area good with warmed area.Rooms cleaned well daily. Enough choice of food to suit most people.

Hotel does need some upgrading, posh TV but the only English was the news,
Overall a good 14 day holiday

Four of us stayed here 20-27 Jan 2012 and all of us had a great time.Staff always friendly and smiling and couldn't be more helpful,We had no problem finding sunbeds mid morning after breakfast. We stayed all inclusive and the food was delicious and of a great variety, the chefs did a great job of cooking steaks to order and a selection of fish on the grills. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to return again soon.

Stayed here 20-27 jan 2012 and had a lovely relaxing time .
The hotel is clean and the food was exceptional we were all inclusive
The staff throughout we're very pleasant and friendly. It is very central with loads to do when you are out and about .
Been to Tenerife numerous times and can honestly say that this was one of the best . I don't understand why people moan so much and do not know what they eat at home( maybe greggs ) but the choice and quality in the restaurant was second to none . Looking to book again .

Room Tip: We upgraded to a pool view . But people we met had to be moved from above the hotel entrance due to noises from the coaches dropping guests of throughout the night .
