We were lucky enough to be allocated room 335, facing onto the pool area and had the sunshine on the balcony from 3pm until 8pm!

Bottle of red wine in room on arrival was a lovely touch and greatfully received. Rooms and hotel are immaculate and the staff are fabulous. We had 2 singles rather than a double but not a big issue. We didnt utilise the kitchenette but again spotless and when I return I would use this area.

We only ate breakfast which was lovely and varied option for all.

Pool area was also very very clean. The sundeck on the roof was my favourite as it was so peaceful and the view of the ocean from there was bliss!

I was able to get a great rate for the week on a bed & breakfast basis and I would most certainly book this hotel again (in fact I spent most of the free wifi usage online looking at flights and the hotel to re book again!) The free wifi was excellent as it was very fast.

When I return I will be requesting room 335 as we fell in love with it :)

Thanks all at Coral Suites for such a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Just spent 10 days at this hotel. We had requested a high sea view, big mistake. We ended up with a Hotel Bitacora view, we had been allocated room 405. The hotel bitacora is currently undergoing major modernisation and the noise from the works was horrendous, throughout our stay.
Just below our balcony is where the, building compound and all the rubbish skips was sited, not only that but all the recycling bins are situated here ( lovely sound the crashing of bottles and rubbish early morning ). within 15 minutes of booking in at the reception, we complained and asked if we could be moved. the answer " NO " reception not very sympathetic at all.
So I can only base this review purely on our experience
If you are unlucky enough to be allocated any room on all floors ending in ( 04 - 05 - 06 - 07 - 08 - 09 ) you will experience the problems mentioned above.
I can only imagine that all the good reviews never stayed in these rooms while the building work is being carried out, spoke to one of the workers he informed me it should be completed by the end of the year.
This is why my title is "Jekyll and Hyde" I have spoken about the bad now for the good.
The hotel is perfectly situated for all amenities etc. it is sparkling clean throughout and kept to a high standard each day, we stayed bed and breakfast, only one minor moan please invest in a plate warmer, plates stone cold. Food was fine.
All the staff ( with the exception of reception ) were superb. All in all I would stay here again as long as it was well away from the rooms mentioned.
Judge for yourselves my marks, had I not had the experience I had, they would have been much higher.

Room Tip: Avoid the rooms mentioned in my review.

I visited this Adult Only accomodation in the Easter holidays and had a great time. We had room 207 overlooking the side street, we had the afternoon sun which we loved, the only draw back was the bottle bank and noise from bin lorries when collecting, but this didn't last for long.
Breakfast was superb , loads of choice a great coffee machine everything catered for.
The rooms were spotless, beach and shower towels changed whenever you wanted. We didn't attend the entertainment but it sounded lovely as we walked through on our way out in the evening. The staff were all really friendly and helpful in every way , I would love to stay here again.
Only a two block walk to the beautiful Les Camison beach and a touch further to Troya beach, also gorgeous.
The pool at the Sunprime was lovely, spotlessly clean and plenty of beds , yes some we're reserved but where does that not happen ?
This is truly a great place to stay, if you want a guaranteed quieter room pay the extra for a pool view room . The beds are really comfy too.

A five minute minute walk to some fabulous shops and restaurants , we didn't eat at Sunprime in the evening so cannot comment.

I really would recommend this hotel for a no children quiet haven, in a great location.

Room Tip: Book a pool view to avoid any road noises from either the from or the side.

This is the second time we have visited the coral suites and both times have been fab, cava on arrival and a bottle of red wine waiting for you in your room, the rooms have a Scandinavian touch to them wooden floors and bright colours as it is a Scandinavian hotel, the rooms are cleaned every day and are spotless the pool area is spotless aswell, we stayed on a bed and breakfast basis although you can do half board and all inclusive. The hotel is situated in an ideal position for the beech and bars and restaurants all within a few mins walk.

Room Tip: Get a pool view room great views and quieter at night

Very modern apart hotel ideally situated close to the centre of the resort. On arrival the checkin was completed efficiently by very polite and helpful reception staff. We chose room 511 which overlooked the pool and had a side sea view. The room was decorated in a modern contemporary style with comfy twin beds and was a decent size with plenty of wardrobe space and a kitchen area, and the bathroom was pleasant with a shower that was easy to use with plenty of hot water. The room was spotlessly clean with a daily maid service and it was left up to you to decide how often you wanted your towels and sheets changed by placing them in the laundry basket in the bathroom. There was also a welcoming bottle of wine in the room when we arrived which was a nice touch. All the cleaning staff were very pleasant and always acknowledged you as they passed. The bar and pool area like the rooms and indeed the whole of the hotel were clean and very well maintained. Food and drink was very reasonably priced and the staff were very friendly. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the breakfast was fine with plenty of choice. I am aware that some previous reviews criticised the food, and although we only ate once in the restaurant one evening the food was very nice and we had breakfast every day with no complaints. We never really sampled the evening entertainment as we enjoy eating and drinking out and about in the resort, but we did manage to catch some of the early evening offerings on our way out and it did not sound very appealing I have to say!
In summary, I would most certainly recommend this hotel which is in a great location in the beautiful resort of Playa De Las Americas. You will not be disappointed!

Room Tip: Side sea view overlooking pool with sun am and early pm. Cooler in evening shade

This was our 2nd stay here &it will not be the last.
ALL OF THE STAFF here are very kind &very helpful.
Our room out towards the pool was also a good choice, the size was all you need when on Holiday, inc kitchen with the needs for a stay.
Room service (cleaning )was excellent. The pool & area are kept to a very high standard. The only problem i could find was that people would come &place towels on sun beds&leave them there all day, this is perhaps the only minus but one which can be dealt with!!
You are spoilt for eating out as there are so many good restaurants around this area, especially a Little local SPANISH restaurant called EL PALADAR which is no more than 100 mtrs away from the hotel, try it you'll love it.

Looking forward to NeXT year at this hotel.

Room Tip: Choose the pool side,no matter what side.

I have been meaning to write this since last August.
I stayed at this 'hotel' for a week in late August 13.it is quiet simply the worst hotel i have ever stayed. It is
supposed to be a 4 Star but i would rate just making it into a 2 star. It only gets the 2 star rating because of location and the room size.

Location - central for nightlife, small walk to beach
Room - good sized modern room, cleaned room daily.... booked a sea view room but view a bit of a joke
Food - We booked all inclusive ...big mistake
breakfast .... just about edible
lunch & dinner .... poor selection, cold or lukewarm food
food left from evening is again served at breakfast
Dining Room - hardly a dining room, looks and feels like a cafe ..... dirty tables.... find you own cutlery
Entertainment - DJ & singer both terrible
Sunbeds - Not enough for amount of guests.. usual towel brigade in the morning
Bar/ dining room staff - Girls in bar totally rude and don't know what's available with all inclusive.... Asked for cava sangria told not available... had to show bar menu to prove it was part of all inclusive
Reception - Staff totally disinterested... area looks like a poor Ikea showroom
Roof Sunbed Area - Bar not opened all week despite listing it as one of the amenities
Only about 6 umbrellas for about 40 sunbeds
Hotel Corridors - open air... generally shabby
Rep - not hotels fault.. went with jet2..rep was never in hotel at time given

I am a seasoned traveller but we paid top dollar for this hotel which really is the pits.
Under no circumstances book this place... you have been warned.

This a great location for bars / beach etc but there is a abundance of other quality hotels in this vicinitylike Volcano, Bitacora, Best and Noelia Sur to name a few.

Room Tip: Save your money go somewhere else

Dear guest,
Thank you for your comments on your holiday at our Sunprime Coral Suites, although they seem to lay back quite a time. We regret that you did not enjoy your stay with us and that some of the aspects did not meet your expectations. First of all, let me to point out that the Sunprime Coral Suites is a Concept Hotel (adult choice) with a modern and minimalist design, which is also mentioned in our description and is appreciated on the pictures We have adapted its decoration to the current trends and the very large majority of our guests are happy with this style. As for the entertainment, again, our adult choice hotel is thought above all for guests, who are seeking a relaxing holiday and do not wish to have the normal busy and sometimes noise entertainment. Indeed, we offer a light evening entertainment and during day time several sport activities in our Gym are available for free. There are also Water Gym and Beach Volley Ball for free available. This is the sort of entertainment our guests prefer. As for all inclusive and restaurant service, I have of course taken note of it, but be aware that since your stay we have been fully booked and the general comments from our guests about food and restaurant service are good if not excellent Our staff generally also gets a good feed back from guests. I personally regret very much that our property was not what you expected, because, my staff and myself are doing our very best to make our guests´holiday as pleasant as possible.
