We stayed here in June & enjoyed it so much we have just returned from another stay. We arrived late on 1st Jan to a very warm welcome from Anna on Reception, we had a quick check-in & directed to our room. We had a lovely pool-view, the room was clean, spacious as was the bathroom, just as I remembered. The A/C worked fine. We stayed on a B&B basis, the restaurant is lovely and bright, very clean & the staff are always very pleasant, the breakfast is of a good standard, everything from a cooked to continental, the pastries were delicious!! The pool area is kept very clean & there were always sunbeds to choose from, I did chuckle when I seen residents queuing up at 8.30am to get a sunbed!! There were a lot of all-inclusive holidaymakers staying but its not an option we would consider, we like to go out and explore the area. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel, we will definately be back, see you again soon.

Room Tip: We have stayed on the 3rd & 5th floors, the 3rd floor was thro from reception and the room was f...

Pool was freezing, nobody used it. Water polo was played in the kids pool and was leathal, you had to drop you parasol horizontal to protect yourself and your drinks from being belted by the ball or go away for the duration of the game. The have a 'Fashion show' on everyday offering dresses for 20 eures or two for 30euros, but you can buy the same dresses for 8-13euros in town. You get a "suncare avisor" (saleswoman called Mercedes) who will announce herself every day on a loud hailer and try to flog you suncream at 20euros a go, by telling you every other brand out there is rubbish. With the blokes coming round with eagles to sell you photos at 15euros ago, I feel the hotel is taking the mick out of an all inc captive audience. This also makes everyday feel like ground hog day!

The rooms were dated, shabby and damaged. Your beds are on wheels, so any movement causes the beds to move around. The aircon is absolute rubbish and the bathrooms smell foisty after they have been cleaned, you also get a sewer smell on the lower floors.

The food was ok but very repetitive, beware the meatballs, these were consistantly undercooked (dangerously so) The one night that did impress was New Years Eve, the food on offer was out of this world. We ate in for the first week but spent the second week eating out.

Even though its All Inclusive, branded drinks cost as well as the Ice-cream and lollys, with only small yogurt pots available for the kids. I could go on but I'm bored of typing out the faults so.....

The good points!
Most of the staff are fantastic and really lift the place. The Animation work tirelessly (16+ hours a day) with Gaetan, Anthony, Colin, Angelo, Cheyenne and Kelly deserving of a mention. The bar staff go a great job, with only one exception Camello, who was the worst barman I have ever come across, what a misserable, surly so and so. Marlena, Pauel, Whitney and Julian were outstanding, Marlena particularly so.

Despite the efforts of the staff I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel unless you get it for a song. I would try the Jardin Tropical down the road, its beautiful and the guests had nothing but good things to say about it.

Room Tip: All the rooms on th 9th floor are facing the pool, Avoid the lower floors

Have just returned from a two week break over the festive period. We had a fantastic time at the Hotel Dalias. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They were friendly, charming and offer great customer service to their clients. The hotel rooms were basic for a four star hotel but they were clean which is important. As another reviewer stated, we met the loveliest people staying at this hotel. Most of the people that we met have returned to this hotel on a number of occasions - so this speaks for itself. The food was fabulous with plenty of variety but could get a little repetitive - particularly the soups. This didn't bother me though as I could have eaten their local soup at every meal including my breakfast (lol) - it was soooooooooo lovely. The New Year Gala dinner was fabulous - there was no expense spared by the hotel - everything from parma ham, lobster, prawns, etc, etc. The entertainment on New Year's Eve however was disappointing. Considering the majority of the clients were 35+ there should at least have been a group or music of some sort in the lounge for those people that wanted to dance and not disco dance/rave!!! There was actually nothing in the lounge bar. Again this did not bother me as the people we met, we made our own craic. I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel.

Room Tip: I was on floor 2 which was handy for reception (floor 3) and restaurant (floor 1). It meant we did...

Returned 11th december feeling quite sad.
The welome was so nice a very friendly girl on reception gave us champagne and the keys to a lovely room on top floor.. room 910. sea/pool view.
We met the loveliest people ever who made our holiday so special.
The staff are the most polite friendly people i have ever met from the housekeeping to the animation team to bar/restaurant and managers/reception. I can't praise them enough.
Loved the food always something to eat excellent choice and surprise surprise it was hot.
Drinks were great too especially the lamumba/ hot chocolate with brandy recommended by Pam/Dave haha.
Location is excellent too, just down a bit of an incline however if your pushing a wheelchair it could be a little steep on the way back up. Access in resort for wheelchair is excellent I was well impressed. (travel agent so I pick up on this)
Room was clean and comfortable a dear friend had arranged champagne and fruit in the room and we sat on the balcony watching the sun go down, with chilled champagne, a memory i will treasure forever.
We will return the same time this year however we are going for floor 3 which has your own sun lounger on the balcony.
I am a travel agent and have stayed in many hotels but this one comes top for friendlyness and service. In the restaurant you dont need to look for a table one of the waiters will find one for you and reset it needed.
Can't wait to return...see you all again in December x x

Room Tip: floor 8/9 have sea/pool view however floor 3 has sunlounger on the balcony.

This was a good hotel - food plentiful with lots of choice, and centrally located. But the main plus for me was the 3 swimming pools - the main, adult pool, one with graduated steps for all ages, and then a splash pool. This meant plenty of space for everyone and it also catered for all swimming abilities.

My partner myself and brother, sister in law and nephew went to this hotel at the end of November for a break before Xmas.. I found the hotel to be in a central position, the staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good and plentiful. The room was basic and comfy but the fridge did not work properly. I felt in the morning when the pool opened the attendants should have had starting pistols as everyone was looking to get the best area for the sun as between one and two it disappeared over the building and certain areas are left in the shadow.
All in all I enjoyed this hotel and would defo go back.

Room Tip: We had a room on level 1 which was beside the pool. At first we were going to change as there was n...

4 adults and one child-age 7- all inclusive.
we spent the week before xmas at Las Dalias for the 4th year in a row. It was just as good as every other trip.
This year, we had 2 rooms with interconnecting doors (made the holiday cheaper) on the ground floor overlooking the pool- perfect!
The food was plentiful and always something to suit. Pancakes and choc sauce for breakfast are to die for!!
Entertainment day and night- both adults and childrens is superb. Colin leads a magnificent team!!
Large pool is freezing at this time of year, but other pool with large steps for children and entertainment is heated and more fun and is plenty big enough for all.
Weather was hot for whole week so we rarely left the poolside but we ventured down the hill to the beach once- about 10 mins walk. Pale sand and inflatables.
We are booking next years return visit any day now (but for two weeks and over xmas this time).
Thank you Las Dalias for another fantastic holiday xxxx
