Had two weeks all inclusive. Had an absolutely brilliant time. Hotel is just a short stroll from the harbour and beach - literally a five minute walk. Hotel and rooms are clean. Pool area is lovely - three pools, one for chilldren, one heated and another big pool. Food is very good, plenty of choice. Some of the corridors could do with new carpet and perhaps a few pictures here and there - but that is really being very very fussy. All staff are really super-friendly and make you feel very welcome at all times - in fact I sometimes felt quite embarassed to be British listening to the way some of the Brits spoke to the staff - really very ignorant - being civil costs nothing. The Animation entertainment staff were fantastic - worked hard all day and night. Plenty of activities for both children and adults if you wanted it. First time we've ever gone all-inclusive....and will do this everytime from now on. A really nice hotel - will certainly go back again. The big difference between this hotel and others we have been to - including some claiming to be 5* is the staff. Really really excellent staff. I think if this place is not good enough for you - then simply stay home and stop moaning. Perhaps the cost was a bit high, but that seems to be the norm just about everywhere now. Highly recommended.

Was a very disappointing hotel. The bedrooms and corridors were very tired and need updating. The sliding wardrobe doors were hanging off and the door on the fridge cupboard was broken. The carpet in the corridors were very stained and the walls were in need of re-decoration. The bedroom was very small and the bath, once the shower curtain was closed was exteremely dark. Definitely not 4 Star luxury.
The Service was very good and so was the food, All staff were very friendly and efficient.
The pool area gets very crowded and the beds are very close together. Unfortunately, sunbeds were taken with towels by 8.30 a.m. but left empty for hours, even though there were signs not to do this! The pool was not the cleanest, at first glance it seems ok,but the tiles beneath the water were very dirty (harbouring germs!) - but this is my partners line of business, so we are very aware of what pools can contain!
It was a 15 - 20 mins walk to the beach, downhill on the way there but up hill on the way back!
Be aware that this hotel is on the border of Las Americas and Costa Adeja, so if you want to be in Costa Adeja, do not stay at this hotel.

Room Tip: Pool view is the best side of the hotel.

Booked last minute and got pool view room on 8th floor with excellent views. Room bit on the small side but not a problem. Could have done with extra pillows and did get one extra half way through the week.
All inclusive food choice was brilliant and you help yourself to wine, beer, sangria and soft drinks at meal times.
Drinks were really good and you could get could get cups of peanuts and olives from the bar.
Pool was big but deep all the way round so no shallow end at all. I couldn't touch the bottom so didn't go in as much as I would normally do.
Evening entertainment was bad some nights and good on others. Much better when it was outside entertainers rather than the hotel staff.
Location was good with shops over the road and beach and bars not far away.
Would go back again.

Reading some of the other comments I am surprised of the low expectations of many of the guests that have stayed here. Don't get me wrong the hotel is clean, however that is the only good point. How can this be rated a 4 star hotel in Western Europe? my personal experience of this hotel was short lived as I checked out after the first night. Basically here is my points.. When requested an iron I had to collect it myself from reception, the tv in my room was a 14'' BOX tv from the 1980's. The beds consist of 2 small single beds which slip around and weigh less than the bedding. Overall this is a very dated hotel and just about gets a 3 star in my opinion.

The hotel was well above my expectations. The rooms were basic but clean included a television and hairdrier. The meals were large buffets. Breakfast included cold meats, hot foods, sweet pancakes, juice and yougharts. Dinner was served between 6.30 and 9.30 and was varied every night. Always included chips and other staples such as ice cream for desert. Meat was being freshly cooked and changed between days.
The entertainment staff were wonderful! Really made the holiday. Activites were on multiple times a day and included shooting, golf, volleyball, water aerobics, spin class, archery and bingo. Every night there was a show, either outside performers or performed by the team which was fantastic and better than the brough in ones. Included We Will Rock You (performed by the team!!) and a comedy sketch show which was hillarious and appealed to kids and adults. They really did make the week fly!

Although this may be more popular with young families and the silver-haired generation, if you are in your 20s/30s/40s and childless, and don't wish to pretend you're still a student (staying out til all hours), you STILL CAN'T GO FAR WRONG.

It is about 500m from nicebeach, and a 30 minute walk from 'down-town' Las Americas, but unless you want to spend all day at either location, that's really not far. Plus the facilities are excellent, the entertainment they put on is superb, and the staff are very pleasant/multilingual/helpful.

Get yourself stuck into some volleyball/darts/golf, do a bit of swimming, and GO WATCH AN EVENING PERFORMANCE OR 5. If you only go to one, make sure you see the hotel staff performances - they may not be the most polished, but they are fun, and there's something for everyone.

We had our honeymoon here 12 years ago and decided to go again for our anniversary. We found everything about the hotel was still as good as it was back then. A refreshing drink on arrival offered by a friendly receptionist who explained all we needed to know.
We decided this time to go all inclusive and were not disappointed at all and found it unbelievable good value. The food was excellent and varied, something for anyone. Between breakfast, lunch and evening dinner there were snacks available in another room.
The range of drinks was extensive and good quality eg, San Miguel bottled premium lager and Ballentines whiskey. At the indoor bars and patio bar you were served in proper glasses and not in plastic cups as in most all inclusive hotels, plastic cups only tendered at poolside for obvious safety reasons.
The pools were excellent with an abundance of sunloungers and parasols.
We had a budget double room, though why its classed as budet I don't know. The beds were comfortable, ample wardrobes and drawer space, TV and fridge. All rooms have a balcony and towels are changed every day.
All staff are friendly including reception, barstaff, waiters and cleaners.
The evening entertainment is varied and some of it brilliant. There are also daytime activities for the more energetic and sporty types.

I would recomment to anyone in any agegroup and will be returning again for definate.

Room Tip: We were at the front of the hotel, but could not hear any noise at night either from the street or i...
